We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional - Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist (possibly RN) - to be the Director of Clinical Services
The Director will:
• ensure quality and cost effective services are provided to the facility's patients,
• direct the development of new programs and the improvement of existing programs, and
• utilize and develop experienced clinical staff through training and delegation to ensure smooth operations and the responsive oversight of the entire therapy staff.
Requires an experienced clinician who possesses strong organizational, communication, leadership and team-building skills. Prior experience as a manager is required, prefer experience gained in an acute care or rehab setting.

Requirements
All applicants must meet these requirements to qualify:
• US Citizen or must have authorization to live and must currently reside in US.
• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Communications Disorders from an accredited school or university or must meet US educational assessment standards in one of these categories.
• Current active license or must meet all state eligibility requirements to be licensed in Mass and RI as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
• 5-10 years clinical experience, prefer at least 3 years in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• 3-5+ years recent management experience, prefer at least 2 years in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
