Oversee 10 locations from Boston to Worcester, each location has a manager. The managers directly oversee caseloads and the regional oversees those managers. This is a big picture position, which includes budgetary management, Reimbursement, staffing, evals, treatment, training, scheduling, etc.

This company provides per diem and contract support of OT, PT, SLP and Aide services in their client’s healthcare facilities, which include hospitals, LTC, transitional care, schools and assisted living.
